Voyage after voyage, Semester at Sea alumni return home with a deeper understanding of the critical issues facing our world. The Voyager Scholarship fund provides deserving students the opportunity to sail and add their unique story to the Semester at Sea community. Voyagers use scholarship support to offset the cost of a voyage. Voyager Scholarships are awarded based on demonstrated financial need.

Recent Voyager Scholarship recipient K’Yanna Wesley shares the impact a Voyager Scholarship has had on her life, writing that

This experience has allowed me to self-reflect and learn so much about my own religious views and traditions. What I realized was that we can only become a multicultural and global world if we understand, respect and value the religious beliefs and cultures of others. Thank you for awarding me with this opportunity to study abroad. I am committed to my education and to becoming a multicultural and global citizen. I am excited to be able to share my experiences with my peers and family upon my return. It is my hope that I will inspire others to pursue this opportunity so that they can also become world-changers in life!

Please consider supporting a future voyager with a tax-deductible gift today. The world is waiting.
