TERMS OF USE

I, the EmpoweredBy CF Lite user, am responsible for installing the EmpoweredBy CF Lite embed code on my own website. Community Funded does not play a role in the installation of the code, unless I wish to hire Community Funded to install the code for me for an additional fee. Community Funded does provide access to documentation on how to install the code.

The EmpoweredBy CF Lite code has been developed with a standard set of dimensions. While these dimensions do work for the majority of websites, some custom stylizing may be necessary for your website. I, the EmpoweredBy CF Lite user, am responsible for all the styling of the pages necessary to make the EmpoweredBy CF Lite embed code look how I want it to on my site. Community Funded does not play a role in the styling of the code for me, unless I hire Community Funded to install the code and stylize the webpage my code is installed on for me for an additional fee.

All projects that are created using the EmpoweredBy CF Lite account or any projects that are associated to an EmpoweredBy CF Lite account through an application code must all display on CommunityFunded.com and meet the standard project requirements for project approval on CommunityFunded.com.

Donors for all projects from EmpoweredBy CF Lite accounts, will be redirected to CommunityFunded.com for check out. This will require the donor to create an account on CommunityFunded.com as well as with the preferred payment processor of CommunityFunded.com.

EmpoweredBy Lite users cannot charge a fee in addition to CommunityFunded.com fees.

All transactions processed through projects displayed on EmpoweredBy CF Lite and CommunityFunded.com are assessed a 5% success fee + payment processing fees.
